• Hi,

I’m observing a side effect between Woocommerce and Ultimate Member: If a user role as defined in ultimate member does not have the manage_woocommerce Capability set, the entire WP toolbar is not shown for that user. As soon as I deactivate Woocommerce, the user with that role sees the toolbar.

This is bad because I need a role which has access to some stuff in the toolbar but not woocommerce. This has also been rejected as being caused by Woocommerce in their forum.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Armin

    Hi @xctrails,

What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
Have you checked “Force hiding adminbar in frontend?” for your user role or not?
Please also try to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or other plugins and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hi,

UM version is 2.0.25 (Woocommerce is 3.4.5, WP is 4.9.8, PHP is 5.6.30/XAMPP)

“Force hiding adminbar in frontend?” is not checked for the role

Issue remains with only Woocommerce and UM active and the the set to Twenty Fifteen.

    Thanks,
    Armin
