  • What settings are you using… i.e what rules do you have set as they may be conflicting?

Have tried multiple variations. The issue now is that the popup will not even save regardless of whether I Add or Add and Activate. For some reason, the plugin isn’t even writing to the database and I have upgraded to the paid version. Support here:

Hmmm, sounds like a database access issue… but i’m not really sure hwo you would test that.

It looks like Joe has already picked up on your thread on our main forums. Perhaps he has an idea as to what’s causing this. I’ll jump over and watch that thread.

To keep the discussion tidy, can I suggest marking this thread as resolved and keeping the discussion to the thread on our site, because not all of our support team monitor the www.remarpro.com forums.

    Thanks.

    Thanks, ellbristow.

The issues may be related, so I will not mark this as resolved just yet.

    Hi charvan,

I see that you have found a fix for your problem over on the WPMU DEV official forums now, so please mark this as thread as resolved to keep things up to date.

    Cheers

Persistent as the inappropriately red and flagged as warning messaging box on the back end of WordPress ” install the free WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin” that is not able to be dismissed.
