No working after update

I update plugin to 1.6.5 version from WP 4.9.13 and now doesn t work
I have a message

Instagram requires authorization to view a user profile. Use autorized account in widget settings

My account is added to setting
But when i want change widget option save button doesn t work, in widget or in administrator menu
