No withdrawal button

  • Hello!

    I’m testing WCFM marketplace plugin to start using it. However, I don’t get the Withdrawal button in vendor view to create withdrawals.

    * Settings -> Modules -> Withdrawal = ON
    * Settings -> Withdrawal mode = Manual
    * Capability -> Withdrawal has everything ON

    The vendor I am testing with has
    * Withdrawal mode = By Global Rule
    * two orders that should qualify for withdrawal (by status, I don’t have limits or thresholds).

    However, there is just no Withdrawal button. What could the problem be?

    As you have setup withdrawal “by status” so no withdrawal button is there. For this settings manual settings is disabled.

    Sorry, if I wasn’t clear enough.
    “Withdrawal Mode” = “Manual Withdrawal”
    not “By Order Status”

    I do have set “Allowed Order Status for Withdrawal” = Completed
    What I meant was that I have two orders in Completed status so it should be possible to withdraw.
