No withdraw possible, coingate stole all my BTC

I been trying to get my account verified since July 2019. Its march 2021 now.

Imagine how long this has took me to finally had it and leave a bad review. To get verified I had to sent in all my personal details, I did. Then they refused it since its all in dutch. I’m a dutch freelancer, not an internation multi milion dollar business.

It cost me a lot of money to request all the official documents translated to english. Then still no verification. They keep making excuses not to verify. While I keep responding right away to their request. They take weeks sometimes months to reply.

To the point today, I still cant refund my balance, I cant accept bitcoin anymore, And I lost all my BTC that are in my coingate account.
