So have tried uninstalling and re-installing .. nothing.

Where are these WHOLESALE boxes meant to appear ??
I was hoping this plugin would work – some good reviews .. but alas it looks like it doesn’t.

    Hey skoochgroup,

Once installed and activated you should see new pricing boxes for Wholesale Price right near your regular price boxes on the edit screen of each product.

If this isn’t the case, please confirm you are using WooCommerce Wholesale Prices by Rymera Web Co (there’s a couple plugins with similar names around of varying quality).

    Please see:
https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/kb/configuring-products-wholesale/ – for how to set prices
https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/kb/create-wholesale-test-user/ – for creating a test user so you can test your wholesale prices on the front end

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers,
    Josh

    Hi Josh,

I’ve deactivated every plugin and still NO boxes at all.
I can understand where you say they are going to appear … they just don’t.

Disappointing, as I thought this might actually be a good plugin.

    Hi skoochgroup,

No other reports of this being an issue for other users as yet… so its probably something to do with your setup there.

Can you please test with no other plugins active and a default theme such as TwentySixteen?

    Thanks,
    Josh

I was actually coming to report the exact same issue. I’ve installed the plugin and have it activated but no boxes appear for updating wholesale prices on the product pages and nothing in the WooCommerce settings panel either.

And yes I checked that it was your plugin, the plugin is activated and my WordPress is up to date. WordPress says though that the plugin is untested with my version of WordPress (4.5.2). I’m running on multi-site, would that make a difference?

    Hi Josh,

    Yes definitely your plugin.
I’ve tried setting to Twenty Fifteen theme, deactivated all plugins except WC and yours … still nothing.

I am running WP4.5.2, WC2.5.5, xLander theme 1.0.4 (which requires Slider Revolution5.1.6, WPBakery Visual Composer4.12, Dynamic Featured Image3.5.2, and Mailchimp for WordPress3.1.9).

Also running it as a multisite (sub-domain)

Just noticed that when I create a user, there is no Wholesale Customer role as suggested in your link above.

It looks like nothing about your plugin is registering with my WP install.

Went through and deleted DB references, old files … everything.
Re-installed and created a whole new test product … nothing!

    Hi skoochgroup & techiechic,

I think I know what the issue is.. currently the plugin is not officially multi-site compatible.

Some things might work, but most likely it will not. It’s designed for single install not multi-site installs.

Sorry to disappoint, but we’re looking at making it officially multi-site compatible in the near future but there is a bit of work that needs to go on in order to make this happen. Not a straight forward process unfortunately ??

    Cheers,
    Josh

    Thanks Josh,

At least there is a reason that it’s not working … just couldn’t fathom how it wouldn’t work when 3,000+ have used it.

Is your premium version of this plugin multisite compatible ?

I was wanting to test the free one for compatible functionality for my needs first before anything else.

    Hey skoochgroup,

Thanks again for your patience, I couldn’t figure out what was going on either until multi-site was mentioned and then it all made sense!

Premium is an add-on for this plugin, so suffers the same incompatibility unfortunately.

We’re approaching a bit of a tipping point it seems with regards to multi-site (we’ve had an influx of people asking about it recently), so we’re aiming to remedy this in a major release of each of our plugins in a few weeks time. It’s in the planning as we speak.

If your project can hang in there, we’d love to have you as a user. I don’t think there’s too much else that supports multi-site from a wholesale perspective – we’re aiming to get there in the very near future and bring our huge feature set with us!

If you shoot me an email at support at wholesalesuiteplugin dot com I’ll put your name on the ticket so we can notify you when its released.

    Cheers,
    Josh

    Hi Josh,

Got exactly the same issue with not getting the wholesale price input fields. Not running a multisite and 100% sure I’ve got the right plugin (just downloaded it again from your site).

    Michael

Just another point, when reinstalling I notice all the settings are straight away there again so I suspect your plugin delete does not clear the DB wp_options table…
