No welcome message and wrong FAQ’s

We have the chat plugin fully configured and set to use the chat plugin welcome message and FAQ’s, but when a customer opens the chat, there is no welcome message and it is displaying the Facebook FAQ’s and not the separate website (Chat plugin) FAQ’s.
Also, once the customer clicks an FAQ they are presented with our facebook instant response rather than the answers setup for the FAQ’s.
We are using the code to embed but using the setup function in Inbox -> Inbox Settings -> Setup your chat plugin
