No website visible after MySQL database upload

So I am recovering from a hack using UpdraftPlus back files to restore my website.

I took down the hacked WordPress site and reinstalled it (using the one-click reinstall option that comes with my webhosting).

Via FileZilla I uploaded the backed up plugins and themes folders by overwriting the ones online.

Via PhPAdmin I have succesfully imported the actual database file.

So far so good, but if I then visit my website https://www.elenbaas.com.au nothing is visible.

I can login into the admin console but only with the old password (so the one of the hacked version) not with the new one I have set up when reinstalling WordPress.

Everything in the backend seems fine so I cannot figure out what goes wrong.

I have not touched the index.php or create a .htaccess file.

Any suggestions are welcome.
