Could you elaborate on this? As I had a failed payment which later did not get captured. How do I check if it’s automatically set up or not? Thanks in advance

Just needed to confirm a few things first!

1. Is the payment captured on razorpay side and the status did not get updated on woocommerce dashboard?
2. Which version of rzp plugin are you currently using?.
3. Is the webhook enabled on razorpay dashboard with required events at present?

You can check the Webhook and Payment status in the Razorpay dashboard as-
In razorpay dashboard check order status in transactions->order and webhook in settings->webhook

Yes, the webhook is enabled for payment.authorized and refund.created

It will be great if you can?update the plugin to the most recent version, which includes a bug fix for the webhook. Since, the version enables auto webhook,? the webhook would be automatically configured on the Razorpay?dashboard, eliminating the need for manual setup.
