I just installed WPforms. There is no way to set the email address(es) that will receive notification when the contact form is filled out and submitted.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @levocskram,

When you get the chance, can you please check the Notification settings of the form in the Form Builder? Because that is where you should be able to set the options for the notification email that is sent out when the form is submitted including the recipient of the notification through the Send To Email Address setting. Please check this guide for more information.

In case you are not seeing this option, can you please post a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end?

    Thank you.

    Hey @levocskram,

    Thanks for writing in!

You should be able to set the Send To Email Address for form notifications directly in the form builder > Settings > Notifications > screenshot.

If you’d like to include the email address of the person filling out the form then we’ll just need to include the {field_id="#"} smart tag in the Send To Email Address > screen recording.

In case it helps, I’ve also included our guide to setting up form notification emails here.

    I hope this helps!

I consulted that very guide before I asked this question.

I went to WPforms->settings. There is no notification on this page.

I don’t see any way to attach a screenshot here

    Hi @levocskram,

Thanks for checking that and it’s definitely odd that you’re not seeing the Notification settings. Just to be sure though, please make sure you are checking it in the form builder and not in the WPForms plugin setting. Here’s a quick screencast I recorded as a reference.

If this is where you tried to look for the setting but you are not seeing it there, kindly take a screenshot of what you’re seeing in the form builder then upload it somewhere like Google Drive or Dropbox then you can post the link to the screenshot file here.

    Thank you.

    Hi @levocskram,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
