    Hi,

I don’t see any users logged in in real time. If I sort the users after login activity, I see only me as admin online. Other users are like 7 sec ago, 22 sec ago, 45 sec ago, 1 min ago, etc. all grey and no option to log them out (although this users are logged in by wordpress cookie and can enter their backend without any login. I want to log out selected users that I blocked with user blocker plugin but its not possible.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi @loano1 – do you have any cache/transient plugins installed? The online status is compared with the user’s time of logged in and is updated in transient on every page load. Can you explain a bit on this:

although this users are logged in by WordPress cookie and can enter their backend without any login.

In the meantime, you can checkbox the users and use the Bulk Actions > Logout and Apply, in case that helps!

    Thanks!

    Hi @sanzeeb3,

Thanks for your reply! To logout all users is unfortunately no solution for me, since I need to block and log out selected users on a daily base.

I’m using the autoptimize plugin to improve the pagespeed but no caching plugin.

although this users are logged in by WordPress cookie and can enter their backend without any login.

What I mean is, when a user logs in, he is logged in for several hours/ days if he doesn’t close his browser. If I now just block this user and do not forcefully log him out (ending his session) he can just come back and still enter content. Can I end a users session this by using you plugin?

Hi @loano1 – I don’t mean to logout all users. You can logout a single user with the Bulk action selecting the user. Here’s a screenshot. And once the users are logged out, their session is destroyed. The plugin does not display the ‘Online’ status if the user is idle for 60 seconds.

Based on your requirements, instead of manually logging out users, you can find other automatic plugins to destroy user sessions. This plugin might help you.

    I hope this helps!

Hi @sanzeeb3 , The single logout was exactly what I was looking for. I thought that this is only possible while a user is marked “online” by your plugin. Thanks for your help!

Hi @loano1, so the issue can be marked as resolved or is there still anything to look into?
