No way to exclude by post meta

On this page in the post types tab there is an option to “Exclude posts with the post meta: wp404arsp_no_redirect = 1 from possible redirections.”
However neither in the plugin settings or in the posts themselves is there anyway to actually facilitate adding that key value pair into wp_post_meta.
