No way to change the schedule of notifications

    In the latest version(s)? I can not change the schedule of post notification e-mails.
    Before I could change the time new notifications would be sent. At the moment the whole schedule is impossible to change… I can only create a new e-mail if I want to send at a different time.
    Is that normal (new) behavior?

    It can be changed! You need to edit the Post Notification and then go to the last step (Activate) – you can update the schedule from there:
