No way to add costs based on distance

    Hello
    Thanks for developing such a useful plugin.

    I’ve setup the shipping zone and used the “Shipping Distance Matrix” as the shipping method. In the Method settings, there’s no way to add rates based on distance.
    There’s just an “add rate” button at the bottom of the page and when I click that nothing happens. There’s also no field to type the rates. What am I missing?

    Figured it out after some trial and error.
    It was a conflict between your plugin and another Language Pack that I installed for woocommerce. I deactivated that plugin and everything works ok.
