No watermark is showing

  • I just installed this plugin and it is not working. There are no watermarks on the images. Your documentation/video shows the watermark menu will appear under WP Dashboard >> Products menu, but when I click on the Products menu I do not see anything related to this watermark plugin. Is your documentation old?

    All I see is “BeRocket” on the left side menu. That’s it. So if something was suppose to install under WP Dashboard >> Products menu then it did not do that. I am lost as to what to do to make this work.

    I already tried disabling all my plugins and it is still not working.

    Hello,

    Watermark settings must be under BeRocket menu element in admin area.

    If it is not displayed, then maybe you have some plugin that modify admin area and cause this issue or maybe you use not admin user to login.
