• I am a Premium user and was wondering if there is a way to recover an inadvertently deleted product. There have been times when selecting a product, I inadvertently have pressed “delete” and all of a sudden the product is gone from the catalog.
It is very disappointing the fact that there is no warning from the system when pressing “delete”. There should be a second notice making the user aware that the product will be deleted.
Please add a feature to avoid deleting a product by mistake.
    Thanks.

  • Hi Alfonso,

We’ll note this down as a feature suggestion. Thank you.

Currently, the “Delete All Products” button has a second chance warning, but the individual product delete links do not. This is the default WordPress behaviour (the difference being our plugin doesn’t have a trash functionality).

Unfortunately, there’s no way to retrieve a deleted product, as it’s removed from the database on deletion. If you back up your site, then you can just pull that entry from your most recent backup of the database.
