No Visual/Text tabs for editing

  • On one of my blog I do not see the Visual/Text tabs when editing a post. The editing is just in raw html.

    I have disabled all plugins, reinstalled WordPress, checked .htaccess, cleared browser cache, deleted everything in the wp-content/cache dir.

    It did not help. What more can I check?
