Hi, in the admin area for live chat it says ‘What visitor information do you want to capture?’ but a form isn’t displayed in the chat box for the visitor to enter name and email. Also it mentions a ‘chat box intro’ but this doesn’t display either. Is there an option somewhere that I should select?

Ah, yes it does! The problem only occurs in Firefox but I see the information there when I check it in Chrome. I’ll think about it but please let me know if you’ve come across this before ??

Further update – the information does show up in a Private Window so I must simply have turned off something flagged as inseccure by the main Firefox browser. In other words, not a problem with the plugin ??

Thanks for sharing. Firefox with default configuration is fully supported, so probably some security setting has been changed and this caused the “issue”. We’ll investigate and check if there’s something we can improve.
