    Hello,
On the board, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Catalog Mode are bothe active… yet, nothing happens!
What else have I not to do to have it run?
And, the day it does, will it be possible to change the name’s page (from “Boutique” to “Catalogue”)?
    Thanks in advance for helping.
    B.R.

    Hi

Could you please share the screenshots of the settings screen of the WooCommerce catalog mode plugin for me to debug further.

    Thanks!

    Hi

Looks like my earlier post is still held for review by the automated system! Please bear with me till it gets reviewed and released for you to see. Thank you!

    Hi

While I will review the screenshots as soon as they are uploaded, it seems you are facing this because of the cache created by WP Fastest Cache.

<!-- WP Fastest Cache file was created in 2.0767600536346 seconds, on 04-12-24 14:40:10 -->

Could you please clear the cache of your cache plugin and confirm if the issue is resolved.

    Thanks!

Hi, 1 I’m very bad with non wysiwyg UIs… Espacialy when it comes to send pictures… ?? 2 I tried to empty the cache of that plugin… but it still didn’t change anything.

By now, I just pulled the “Boutique” page out of the site’s menu.
And this “simple and easy way to convert the WooCommerce to a catalog” seems more complicated than creating new pages with a galery for each gategory of products… ??

    Hi

I am sorry to hear this.

But, when I navigate to your website now

    https://visionnart.ch/boutique/1001-maximes-dalex/

    https://visionnart.ch/boutique/620-dalex/

    1. I can see that the price and add-to-cart buttons are already hidden. Please let me know if this is not the expected behavior.
    1. Two cache plugins are active on your site – WP Fastest Cache and W3 Total Cache. If this is not intended, it can cause conflicts and unexpected behavior on your website. I thought of letting you know, just in case.

Nice to lurn that these buttons don’t appear on your screen… but they still do on my side.
So, I’ll first will go and disable the W3 Total Cache to ses that’s happening.
If this works, there should be no problem to change the page’s name… or will it?
    Thanks for your kind overlook!

    Hi

I would request you to do the following:

    1. Disable the Cache plugins for the time being.
    2. Since I could not review the settings of the plugin – I am assuming that you have disabled the functionality for logged-in users. If so, please navigate to the settings screen of the WooCommerce catalog mode plugin and enable it for logged-in users also for checking.
    3. If you have another browser (Safari/Edge/Chrome), use it and validate your website.

Waiting to hear from you ??

    Thanks!

You’ve been for a great help, herewith!
As I wrote in my latest message, I actually disablled the WP T Cache, and additionaly erased my visionnart.ch cache on Safari.
And now… TaDaaa: it works perfectly!
    Thank You!

P.S. Next phase: I’ll try to change the name’s page and control the different links

    Hi

I am super glad to hear that the issue is resolved for you. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further help.

On a separate note, if you like this plugin and the support, would you mind writing a quick review? It would not only encourage me but also help others to make an informed decision.?

    Thanks!

    Hello,
Sorry to have to come back for help… But, there is still a small weird drop down menu to stay on some WooCommerce pages:(
It is a “orderby” thing, to make a choice of preferences, and I can’t find where to neutralize it.

(I would like to send you a picture… but I still don’t understand how to do it here)

    Hi

Please share the link to the page with this issue, or take a screenshot using the PrintScreen option on your laptop and share it so that I can look.

Although WooCommerce Catalog Mode does not introduce such a drop-down, this may be caused by some other plugin or your WooCommerce settings. To rule out this, you can disable this plugin and clear caches to check how your website behaves.

    Thanks

What URL, for that image? No drag and drop?!

Somehow I need to see the issue you are mentioning – either a screenshot or links to the WooCommerce pages on your website where I can see the problem.

    OK… A link to the page is easier… :/

Thanks to be patient (In arts, I use tools I don’t have to craft myself… in the opposite of “informatics”)…

    Please perform the following steps:

    1. Open the plugins settings.
    2. Click on Advanced Tab
    3. Paste select.orderby in the textbox having label – Price CSS.
    4. Save it.
    5. Clear Cache and test.
    select.orderby

Note that the above is based on your current theme.

I am eager to know if this helps you!

    Thank you.
