No video player (error: If you are seing this you may not have Flash installed!)

Hello,
I installed and configured the plugin and I can see the product I’ve created but under the video it says
‘If you are seing this you may not have Flash installed!’I know that I do have Flash installed and I also tested from other computers. So I cannot see any video or trailer.
Any suggestions?
