No video icon on the product image gallery?

  • Hi!

    Great plugin! I have installed the free version but it doesn’t show a video icon on the product image gallery. The other photos in the gallery are also available. If I switch to them, the slider moves to the photo, but because I don’t have a video icon in the gallery, I can’t move back to the video. If the video is playing, the audio remains while displaying an image gallery. There is no way to stop it unless I refresh the page, and then I see the video again. So, no video thumbnail in the gallery for the free version? or is something related to my theme?

    Hi,
    it is probably your theme, because we have a video thumb too.
    Can you please switch for a test, to a default WordPress Theme and check if the issue persists?
