“No-verification” doesn’t work like before

Unfortunately since the last update, the plugin doesn’t allow me to send the manual invitation for reviews, because the customers didn’t accept. But I have set the plugin for “No verification” and I have not checked the “customer consent” option. Why doesn’t it work anymore? I don’t care that the reviews are verified by the site.
