    Which version of WordPress and which version of the Contact Form 7 plugin do you use on the site?

    Contact Form7 is Version 5.1.3

    WordPress?is 5.2.2

    Is there any reason to use such outdated versions?

    There’s issues with upgrading WP that are tied to PHP which is tied to crashes – this from our hosting provider. The plugin, however, shouldn’t have any blockers. – If I need to update the plugin, I can do that. WP is not really an option right now.

    Keep every software on the site updated and secure is the site owner’s responsibility. Just update them all.
