No Validation Appears during Registration

Hi Jeff, nice plugin by the way. I don’t know if this is just me but the validation error doesn’t display during registration. When i click REGISTER without any data it just redirect to login page and the links will populate series of data from the field, sort of like this: https://www.mydomain.com/login/?redirect/empty_username=1&empty_email=1&empty_password=1&empty_first_name=1&empty_last_name=1&empty_lp_info_phone=1 also you reCaptcha doesn’t work so i disable it. Same goes on login page, no data being input but no error message appears. By the way, i tried to input a correct data and it go through, just the validation error stops working.
