No utilities registered for `I_Display_Type_Controller`

After upgrading WP and all plugins, everything now works fine EXCEPT, any attempt to access Widgets in wp-admin fails with
EXCEPTION
No utilities registered for
I_Display_Type_ControllerI have tried disabling plugins 1 at a time, but the only one that allows the error to go away is Nextgen itself. Everything else seems to be ok — just Widgets which I need to access.
As mentioned, all plugins are at current versions.
