No users to be selected

  • Although I have about 20 users on the system, when I create an invoice, I get nothing in the pull down menu.I’m using various addons, I am not sure if one of them is causing it — such as cimy user fields.

    Oh, I also cannot add another line item.. When I click on ADD ANOTHER ITEM, it does nothing..

    To make one of your existing users appear in the client drop down menu, make sure you fill in the “Business / Client Name” field on their profile. Our documentation details how to do this here: https://slicedinvoices.com/support/clients/

    For the line items issue I would suggest checking your browser’s console and making sure there are no JavaScript errors getting in the way.
