“No users found” with new user roles based on Paid Membership Pro Levels

  • Hi! Thanks for your pluggin and support. I have a problem. I created a new user role based on membership levels with Paid Membership Pro. But if I select (through Grimlock Author Avatars and Elementor) those user roles to be shown, it doesn’t show anyone. With typical user roles works perfectly (for example, subscriber). But with the new ones, no, even though they have the same capabilities than the subscriber role.
    Is there any incompatibility with these new roles created through the Paid Membership Pro levels? May you help me? Thanks so much again.

    It sounds like Membership Pro is not storing the custom roles in the normal role object so we don’t see it in the list

    I don’t have copy of the plugin to check I would ask on their forum for help if we can understand how to get list of roles

    try created a shortcode by hand and insert the role into the settings does that work?
