No users displayed when sorted by Display Name

    We did nothing to our site and the list disappeared, we found when using a different sort order the list would display.

    We updated all of our plug-ins etc and the problem still remained.

    I found in the Form Builder -> User Sorting that the sort fields were replicated, meaning each one appeared three (3) times. I have cleaned them out now so they only appear once and have set the default to something other than display name to allow our list to be seen.

    We have tried under the Tools, to force the upgrade and fix user data, but the issue remains, when sorting by Display Name nothing is shown.

    Could anyone enlighten me on how to rectify this issue.
