no username, password on install

I’ve installed WordPress 1.2.2 a€?Mingusa€? but during the installation I am supposed to get a username and password in order to log into my new install. I know that before when I installed WP I was presented with a password but this time was not.

WP was installed but now I am stuck with the problem of not being able to log in.

Is this a bug? I’ve tryed deleting the database and installing again – but the same problem. I’ve also disabled my firewall which was a problem for someone else with the same issue that was discussed on these forums.
