No user was successfully imported – csv example

I resolved this thread thanks to example.csv

Now i have another problem ?? with importing CSV file…
Original example.csv file dowloaded form plugin directory is running smoothly. But when i open this file and save it without changes (save as “CSV comma separated value”), that file can not be imported now – error message: No user was successfully imported. There is a problem with CSV version?

I think the software you are using changed the format of the file. Which software are you using? Maybe that software has other CSV export options you can try?

I have the same problem and I just use the excel spreadsheet , and save the file as comma delimited , and it never work our ??
is there another way to create the csv file?

i solved this problem , the error was that I didnt add the login name , so the file should have the login name , then other fields to be added

I did it! Problem is in Excel… I must resave updated example file in MS word.
