• The point of a ticket support is to allow users to submit tickets. You don’t allow that in the free version effectively rendering this plugin absolutely useless.

Your statment is absolutely wrong… You have obviously not tested the free release. Otherwise, you would have seen that it was possible to submit an unlimited number of tickets with it. Again a fake review intended to mislead potential users.

It’s not a fake review. I added your product and put the shortcode on the page that I wanted my members to submit a ticket. It told me that I could not do that with that version and on the admin side it said that I had to buy the upgrade. So, it’s not a fake review and not misleading. It’s just the truth.

You can submit tickets through the admin side, even without having your users to register via the shared guest user feature… So your review is a fake, you haven’t read the setup instructions…

So you’re saying that users who are logged in can go to a WordPress page (not admin page) that the shortcode is on and submit a ticket? Because the one I just downloaded does NOT do that. It says that I have to upgrade to the paid version.

The users can post tickets from the admin side. The basic of a ticket system is to be able to post tickets, wherever it is from admin side or frontend side and WATS free release allows that from admin side. So your statment that the free release doesn’t allow to submit any ticket is a fake statment.

If you took 2 minutes to read, it would have been obvious for you, this is written on the plugin description page at the begining :
“WATS offers multiple ways for your customers to submit tickets :
?through the frontend form without any authentication nor registration (Premium release)
?through the admin site via the shared guest user feature without any registration
?through the admin side for all users with a minimum level of contributor
    ?directly by email (Premium release)”

No user will want to go to the admin area to submit a ticket. Your text is misleading and I stand by my original statement. It’s a joke. There are way better plugins out there so I’m sure people will figure it out.

    No need to reply…

Why you just don’t admit that you made a fake statment man? The text is crystal clear…

WATS is the best ticketing system that was ever built on top of WordPress, the stats are here to prove that…

    You are just a troller…
