No Upload possible

    Hello,

    I installed the free version of the Plugin, to check if it’s worth to buy the paid version.

    Unfortunately I’m not able to get it working. I try to add a new Item, but it’s not possible to upload any file.

    I click the “Load From File”-Button, the Explorer opens, I choose a file, click on open and …. nothing happens.

    I choose “Sphere” and try to upload fotos directly from Samsung Gear 360 or alternatively the stitched version (Gear Action Director).

    What am I doing wrong!?

    What a pity … so, I will go looking for another (paid) plugin.

    Check your WordPress settings for upload limits or use third-party service imgur as example.

    Hi thanks for your reply.

    My WordPress settings (file-type, file-size, …) are OK, within every other Plugin, uploads work perfectly.

    Third-party service? I don`t want to use third-party services. I my opinion the plugin should also work without third-party services. Especially, if I pay for a plugin.

    So, if this is the only solution, I will have to go for another plugin ??

    It’s strange, because the plugin uses the standard wp media select functionality, no more no less.
