No Upgrade Message after updating to 2.0

    On my staging site, I performed an update from 1.9.14 to 2.0.7. Having read the blog posts and update info, I was expecting to receive a prompt to run an upgrade script to migrate settings following the update. However, no prompt has appeared. Not surprisingly, neither have my settings been migrated.

    Is there a way to manually run that script?
