No updates

Where are you hosted?

Some hosts put a constant in their wp-config file which prevents updates. I know GoDaddy does this.

You can test this by setting automatic updates for themes and plugins to all, and then go to Advanced and click Force Updates.

If after a couple of minutes there is nothing, then that means the plugin is not working.

Let me know what you find.

Marking has resolved.

OP had define('AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED', true); in their wp-config.php file, which disables this plugin.

Please check for this constant if you are having trouble getting this plugin to work.

It’s not working for me either, same as described above. I don’t have anything special in my wp-config, definitely not that AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED. However, we use FTP for upgrading plugin (auto-configured in the wp-config). Manual upgrades work fine, but the plugin is not working.

Please do me a favor and start a new support topic since this one was resolved. We may need to contact your host and see if they are blocking cron jobs.

Blocking cron jobs is also a wp-config constant btw.
