Can't Update WordPress ~ No "Update" tab

Hello! I’m trying to UPDATE my version of WordPress on my server but there is no “Update” tab on my dashboard. Here’s a screenshot of my Dashboard .All I get is a link to download the software. . I’d much rather take the easier way out. . .one of my other wordpress websites even emailed me and said its been updated automatically! (how do I get that?). And, if I have to do a complete reinstall, which files do I need to backup/restore to have the same website and not lose it? https://www.theskyriders.com. Thank you in advance for your help!
