No Update Required –Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!

  • I continually get this pop-up when I am working in WordPress on my https://healthypregnancytips4u.com site. It does not follow any particular occurrence as to when it happens – I can be updating – switching to another menu etc. In looking at the forum and doing a google search – what I have doesn’t appear to be covered. I am running on VPS and have updated to latest WP version

    A pop up or a little yellow box in your admin side? WP doesn’t do pop ups, which is why I ask for clarification. If something’s making a popup it’s probably a plugin.

    Use of popup was a misnomer. It’s a full size page with the

    Continue (enclosed in a circular ‘box’)

    Wasn’t able to re-create the actual snap shot

    It happens intermittently when I am either saving something or going to another menu item. If I choose ‘continue’ whatever I was doing is lost- if I ‘backspace’ to prior page I still lose what I was atte4mpting to do. It has really slowed down any progress on completing my site so any help suggestions etc would be greatly appreciated
