    Hi. When I add shipping information (without a status change) users used to receive an email with the update. Now suddenly this is not happening. Did you remove this with an update? Thanks!

    Hi, the Completed status triggers the email, if you add tracking info and you do not mark the order as Shipped or partially shipped, the email will not be sent, AST is not sending the emails, the plguin adds the tracking info to the order Completed email, this is how it always worked.

    Hi, the Updates Tracking is a custom order status + email that you can enable in the settings and is meant for cases that the tracking info was changed to that order after it was shipped.
