no update between smart manager and my website

  • When i manage my stock with smartmanager there is no update on my website.
    i have intsall the free plug in health check and troubleshooting (as i red on the forum)
    please, what is the problem ?

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Were you able to reproduce the same issue when switching the WordPress site theme to any WordPress default theme when trying to use the health check and troubleshooting?

    Could you please try to create a test product using ‘WooCommerce > Products’ and then try to reproduce the issue using it and do let us know your views.

    Lastly, if still the issue persists, then can you please share the exact stpes to reproduce the same issue via screenshots or video (guide for sharing).
