    Hi?@paintersdream,

Thanks for reaching out. Please share the following and we can hopefully ensure you are able to proceed after determining more on this:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.
    3. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking yourSite Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.

If you wish to perform troubleshooting then you will need to use the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin highlighted in our troubleshooting guide. This will help determine if this is being caused by a theme or plugin conflict. Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    Hi @paintersdream,

I’m just following up with you to check whether the error remains? If so please share the information requested above and we can investigate further.

Well, I sent all the information over that everybody requested, but never heard back

Thanks for the update @paintersdream, and sorry to hear that. I just checked and you did indeed submit your Site Health information. While I don’t see any reference to the other queries asked, have you tried resetting the plugin (Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit)? If not please go ahead and do so. Note that this will result in you having to connect all previously connected modules. After resetting please attempt Site Kit setup once more.

If you run into any errors after setting up Site Kit once more, please share any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information previously shared.

Note also that with regards troubleshooting mode, I understand this can be confusing on the plugin website. The steps are to be used in line with the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

Let me know how you get on after resetting the plugin, or ask if you have any queries with the above. Thank you!
