no translation since wordpress 4.0

there is a new field in the option table width a “option_name” “WPLANG” and an “option_value” “de_DE”. i have rename “WPLANG”, now it works finally. you can see it at https://www.kurfürstendamm.com

How you manage to translate your site with this plugin, I will really appreciate the help.

I have installed so far the plugin and make the translation to the language of my preference for my theme, also generated the necessary files and also wrote define (‘WPLANG’, ‘fr_FR’); in the wp-config.php file. However everything remains the same, no translation shows on my site, on the plug in I have detected two languages in my theme preferences, english and french, dont know if this has something to do with it.

Other question, I checked your site, what other plugin you use to setup the flags and be able to switch between languages?

The translationdoesn’t work for WP 4.0 version????
