    Hi,

Problem: Transactions and any data of them won’t appear in Google Analytics. Everything shows up in GA except for the transactions.

    What i’ve tried:
    – Install Tatvic Enhanced e-commerce plugin.
    – Implementing enhanced e-commmerce manually through Google Tag Manager (didn’t track anything so I paused it in Google tag manager).

Any help is very much appreciated.

    Kind regards,

    Emir

  • Hi Emir,

I have the same issue, ans it’s because the gtag is not loaded on the order confirmation page.

I didn’t find the solution for the moment…

    Hi Fabien,

    Thanks for your reply.
That doesn’t seem to be the problem on my website.
    See example below:

    Any more ideas are welcome.

    Hi there,

@f4b06 We have had a look at the shared screenshot and observed that the test order(3824) was placed while you were logged in as an admin.

Just FYI, the data do not get tracked by the plugin when a user is logged in as an admin in the same browser window.

Also, we would like to share that we had looked at the store becot-minot.fr and observed that the tracking is working fine via Tatvic.

So, here if you would like to test the tracking, we suggest placing a test order in a different browser(where you are not logged in as an admin) or in incognito mode.

    Hope the above helps.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Tatvic Analytics.
