    Hi,

    I installed your plugin 5 days ago but up to now my ecommerce transactions aren’t took into account.
    I followed your tutorial (https://www.tatvic.com/blog/launching-new-enhanced-ecommerce-plug-woocommerce-store/) step by step :

    – Enabling Enhanced Ecommerce on GA

    – Naming my check-out tunnel

    – Including the ec.js :

    – Enabling the plugin and checking the box

    – Entering my GA and E-mail ID

    Today, after 5 days of sales, there is no information on the GA Ecommerce reports ?? I tested other plugins, read many topics and documentation for months now and it still doesn’t work, but your plugin seems to be reliable.

    Please could you help me ? Have you got any idea what I did wrong ? If you need the URL of my website, could you give my your email adress or a link to a contact form ?

    I can add myself to this too. I added the plugin, added the extra commerce line to the main analytics include and then tried to enable the plugin. I had issues getting it to enable but when I eventually got it to remain enabled nothing happens on website.

    No additional code is added to the web pages that I can see (using google tag assistant to check) Nothing new appears in Google Analytics where as the old analytics worked just fine but with lesser information.

    It looks like its’ just not working for me ??

    I’d be more than happy to provide admin and ftp details if you need them.

    Hey Elsappy,

    Guessed we identified your issue. Can you just update our plugin to V1.0.6.1 from your wordpress plugin dashboard? Last week we released the new version which solves the problem you are facing.

    Once you update the plugin, please let us know so that we can again troubleshoot your issue & check if the issue is permanently resolved.
