    I have a feeling you will just tell me that I have a custom theme and therefor your plugin will not work.

    Do you have any instructions on what I need to add to my custom theme to make this work? Your plugin used to function, now it does not.

    Thank you for contacting us!

    Yes, we’ll write the same regarding the custom theme because as we mentioned in the description & FAQs, we are not providing support for the child/custom theme.

    Reason:

    While your store has the child/custom theme, it overrides the standard Woocommerce pages/functionality & in order to find the exact culprit, we need to check test the theme function & code thoroughly from the backend of your store which takes a good amount of time. We are not able to test each & every site with the child/custom theme for the free version of our plugin.

    In order to get support for the child/custom, we have already the premium version in our stack.
