Hi,
Thank you for contacting us!
We did a quick look of your store & found that our plugin is not configured well on your store.
You haven’t enabled “Add Universal Analytics Tracking code” option for our plugin.
Which is resulted into “ga is not defined” error on your store (screenshot) & unable to send “Enhanced Ecommerce” data to your GA account.
Reason :
The script of our plugin works/fetches the data based on the tracker(‘ga’ in the case of Universal Analytics script used in our plugin). While you have not implemented the UA tracking script (manually or from our plugin), the store/script in your store may not be able to initialize the tracker, which in turn will hinder the plugin from populating insights in your Analytics account.
Solution :
Enable “Add Universal Analytics Tracking code” option for our plugin & analyze the data for next couple of days & get back to us if you find any issues.
Hope this addresses your concern!
