    Hi,
I tried a lot of the suggestions with regards op no tracking issues, but still no succes. Can you help me to find what is the issue here?

I see the records in the database, I tried the debugging method, but there is no issue with other plugins as far as I can see.

Thanks a lot for your help.

@marjontas When I look on your site, I see that the tracking request to /wp-content/plugins/burst-statistics/endpoint.php results in a 501 response. When I go to this URL directly, I get the expected response, so the endpoint is there, and can be reached.

It looks like the server is blocking the endpoint. You could ask your hosting provider if they are actively blocking requests to files in the plugin, which seems the most likely cause.

    Hi Rogier,

That was indeed the cause of the problem. The hoster made an exeptionrule for the configuration of the mod_security. And the statistics work now. Thanks for your help!
