    Hi there,

some information on your environment would be helpful. What’s your PHP memory limit? Do you have access to your MySQL logs?

    Thanks,
    Camu

    Hi there

You should ask your provider, they will point you in the right direction. Do you have access to phpmyadmin? Can you check if your tables’ structure matches the one in the FAQs?

    Cheers

    Hi Camu,
in the menu “other notes” in your website it ‘s wrote: (6 tables in total, for a single-user installation).

With PhpMyAdmin I see only one table: wp_slim_content_info with only one record!

Please what are the names of others tables?

Time to go to the party now! ??
I will read you next year, cheers,
    Happy New Year!

    Hi there,

Something must have gone terribly wrong when you activated wp SlimStat, if 5 tables are missing from your install! Try deactivating (not UNINSTALLING!) and then reactivating my plugin and see what happens.

    Hi Camu,

Sorry but the issue is not fixed.
5 tables are always missing, I try desactivate, reactivate, nothing.
    Also uninstall and install, nothing.
Something prevent to create all 6 tables, but I don’t know what.

    PHP memory is ok (256M).
I don’t know how to debug this problem,
    Please help,

    Thanks,
    Jean-Luc

    Hi Jean-Luc,

you may want to look at your MySQL logfile and see if it helps. Otherwise I wouldn’t know how to help you, I don’t have enough information to troubleshoot the issue.

    Cheers,
    Camu

    Hi Camu,

Fixed, I changed how the website is hosted, the same provider but I migrated to a SaaS hosting and now I have the grant privilege for the database.
And I can see the SQL logfiles!
I think there was something wrong in authorizations or privileges.

Thanks again for your help and this amazing plugin,

    Cheers,
    Jean-Luc
