    Hi,

Already thx for the great plugin!

I’m making a website for my fathers garden machinery company for the first time, so most of the things are always new to me. The webshop is not a real webshop, it’s more a catalog to show the customers our prices.

For some of our products, the bought together plugin is very handy. But i’ve some minor problems:
    1) I’can get a total price with the main product included, whatever i change in the settings.

    2) A secondary problem is that is can’t hide the quantity number, is there a setting to acomplish that?

    3) In the chrome browser, i can’t see the checkboxes for some reason.

Can you help me with solving those problems?

    Thx in advance, Jef

    Hi @jefdefeyter ,

    For your information:

    1. From the admin dashboard, please navigate to WPClever.net >> Bought Together to access the settings, then find “Show Price”option, from the drop-down list choose “Total”then it will display the total price on your offer, including all products. See this screenshot: https://prntscr.com/pn3wq0. If you allow customers to change the quantity of additional items or use variable products as additional items, then only when all the options are checked/selected the total price will be adjusted and displayed, i.e: https://prntscr.com/pn3yz7.

If you just want to display a fixed total amount, please configure like this: “Show price: Total in the settings, and in Bought Together deal, please enable “Check all by default” then the total will be displayed like this: https://prntscr.com/pn440k. It’s fully informative, right?

    2. No, you can’t hide that.

    3. I’m not sure that I could understand your issue here. Please provide a screenshot or further clarify what do you mean by “checkboxes”?

Please reply soon as I’m willing to help.

    Hello,

Thx already for your answer. I’ll keep the same numbering on my answers.

    1) Please look at next capture video. This is what i get to see.
    https://youtu.be/SSSSVFvI3zs

First of all, as you can see in the capture vidoe, all the options were already set at “total” and “default”.

I’ll use the same product as in the link that i provided in my original post(husqvarna R 419Tsx AWD without deck).
So the base product alone costs €11099,00 incl. Vat. Now if i also want a Husqvarna snow plow for instance, then the price of the base product doesn’t change/update. The plugin gives a new price for only the additional (snow plow) product. If i change a variantion of the base product, then the total price of the base product changes, but the total price that the plugin gives me stays the same price (the sum of only the selected additional products). So is it possible that i get a total price of base product + additional products?

    3) Please look at the following screenshot. https://www.tuinmachines-defeyter.be/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Capture.jpg
This is a screenshot of the same page but viewed in Chrome instead of firefox (i used firefox in the capture video). The checkboxes before the count number are missing. So you can’t select an additional product in chrome.

    Hi @jefdefeyter ,

Because your case is quite strange, the plugin wasn’t supposed to work that way, the total must change when you choose a variation or additional item. This is a technical issue, so our developers might need to adjust the code for your site in the back-end.

Now I suggest that you contact directly with our dev by finding the email address from this page (we’re not allowed to share it here). Next, please include all screenshots, videos and additional information about your plugin settings as well as other WooCommerce plugins you are using if any. Be as specific as possible please because this could help us find the cause and solution faster. Please note that our devs might need login info to check your site in the backend so please contact them via email for your security.

    Best regards.
