I want to disable the top bar on my site. I can do it manually on the homepage and post pages by clicking disable in the ocean wp metabox. However, I want to make it the sitewide default option. Usually you go to appeareance -> customize -> top bar then hit disable. I don’t see top bar in my options. Can someone take a screenshot of where it is within their customize options? I looked mutliple times but couldn’t find it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

There is 2 way to disable the Topbar.

If you want to disable it from all the pages(site), go to Appearance > Customize > Topbar > General, and uncheck the enable top bar option.
Check the attached snapshot for your reference. https://ibb.co/R2BtxFF

If you want to disable some selected pages, then edit the page(not with elementor), scroll down at the header tab in the oceanwp settings section, and disable the top bar option.

I don’t have the topbar setting in my wordpress. I can list off all of the options when I get to Appearance -> Customize ->
    Site identity
    Menus
    Widgets
    Homepage Settings
    General Options
    Typography
    Header
    Blog
    Sidebar
    Footer Widgets
    Footer Bottom
    Custom CSS
    Social Sharing

As you see there is no general topbar setting. Is it within another setting?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Go to Dashboard > Theme Panel > theme Panel, from here enable the topbar panel and save the changes. After done with this, go to Appearance > Customize, and you will see the topbar tab there.
