(no title) in Nav Menu

I confirm the same issue for me.
It started when I upgraded UM to Version 2.2.2. I tested and it also affects the UM version 2.2.1.
I had to roll back to to Version 2.2.0 in order for unregistered users to see the correct page title.

Please advise.

This was a fix added to the latest version of UM to completely hide posts and pages for the users not allowed to view the post.

If you are facing any issue with the navigation menu because of the fix, you can still slightly change the text of the menu item and the title will be displayed.

For example: if you have “Hello world!” in the menu and it is not displaying because of content restriction, you can change the menu text to “Hello World!” or even “Hello world” and text should be displayed. It’s just menu text can not be exactly the same as the post title.

Ensure that you’ve created a full backup of your site before updating it manually.

After updating the plugin, please add this code to your theme/child-theme or use the Code Snippets plugin to run the code:
add_filter( 'um_ignore_restricted_title', '__return_true' );
