NO tinymce in 3.9

Hello, yesterday I upgraded from 3.8.3 to 3.9 and now I have not visual editor.

I have been reading about it but deactivating and re-activating visual edition in user settings does not works for me and all other posts about this (or similar), are too old (2.x).

If i deactivate visual edition i have text edition, so the problem is around the tinymce. When i re-activate it, i can edit or post anything.

At first i thought that it was a browser problem, but i have tried in many (firefox, chrome, icecast,opera in linux and windows, and IE in windows) and the problem is still there.

Could you helmpe to fix this problem??

I am thinking in downgrading but i do not know how to do it.
